Ben started Trinity Construction Consultancy Ltd in 2000 and is Sole Director and is now joint Director of Trinitycc Ltd formed in 2023.  He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Member of the Association of Project Safety.  In addition Ben is an OCDEA SAP assessor and Licensed BREEAM assessor.

With over 30 years experience Surveying and Project Managing schemes from £50,000 to £50,000,000, Residential extensions to Industrial Parks and mixed use Estates, Ben has a breadth of experience that encompasses most projects.

He has particularly extensive experience in Development Projects from Inception to completion.  With a special interest in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Ben can also offer guidance on cost efficient and environmentally friendly approaches to construction

Heidi started Trinity Construction Consultancy Ltd in 2000 with Ben.

With over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, Heidi has a wealth of expertise in marketing, management and accounting elements of the business.

Ensuring relevant records and processes are up to date and working effectively, Heidi oversees  all company accounts and investments.
